Janice is passionate about: collaboration + sustainable & functional design + product design & development

After beautiful beginnings and education in the creative world of Kate Spade New York, Janice branched out to freelance in marketing production and project coordination from her home base in Portland, Maine. With fashion lifestyle clients ranging from Target, Vince, to Boom Beauty - she incorporates her experience with photo production, creative marketing, and product development & licensing into every collaboration. Following life in NYC, she had the pleasure of working with Maine-based textile and accessories designer Erin Flett, assisting with everything from customer engagement, order fulfillment, product styling & photography, and website maintenance. She then moved on to partner with her best friend and incredibly talented visionary Tracy Martin on the Germantown Laundromat, a wind & solar powered 24/7 laundromat + sustainability shop that explores what it means to live a cleaner life, for our bodies and the planet. She believes that process and collaboration should be as fun and exciting as the end result. Janice enjoys collaborating, pairing the old with the new, cultivating order through simplicity and finding joy in the smallest of details. She lives in Maine with her husband, two kiddos & energetic pup and is excited to collaborate on new projects!
